About Us

RootedWithRize started as a way to document our days: homesteading with 100+ animals, chasing kids through the backcountry, raising babies (and baby ducks, chickens, pigs, horses…), and finding joy in the chaos of it all. But over time, maybe it will become something more — a way to share what’s working, answer the “how do you do it all?” questions, and offer reminders that you can live a life you love without burning yourself out (which a couple of years ago I didn’t think was possible).

This space is the softer side of our Rize brands (Rize Realty, Rize Outdoors, Rize Construction). It’s where we stay grounded in what matters most — our home, our people, and the real-life rhythm that holds it all together.

You’ll find stories and lessons from our everyday life, our favorite links and tools (the ones we actually use), and some honest reflections about doing business, marriage, and motherhood all at once. Sometimes it’s magical, sometimes it’s messy. Usually both.
